Bedrooms – Villa LPK has 3 bedrooms. They are all air-conditioned and en-suite. The ground floor has 1 bedroom, while the 2 others are at the upper level. Large ceiling-to-floor glass window of the ground floor bedroom offers unobstructed pool views. It has a swing twin beds. Potted plants. The upper floor rooms have king beds, a small library, and romantic lighting. Carpet and paintings on the wall. Luxury recliners. They have hardwood flooring. There is a balcony outside with cane furniture.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms with imported marble work is very impressive. Shower cubicle with rainwater shower. Bathtub in the first floor bathrooms. Toiletries is provided.

Living Room – LPK’s ground floor living room is a good place to spend quality time. There are 2 large L-shaped sofas in vibrant colors, recliners, television, and paintings. A modern chandelier hangs from the top. Open the ceiling-to-floor glass door to reach the swimming pool or keep it closed when you have the air-conditioning working. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining area is at one side of the open-plan living room. There is a glass-top table with sitting for 8 guests. Comfortable chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, water purifier, and chimney. Utensils, glasses, and cookware is provided.

Swimming Pool, Terrace – It is a cozy swimming pool with a shallow end. There are tall trees all around and chairs where you can relax after a dip. The rooftop terrace is a pride of this North Goa property. There is a large sofa under umbrella cover where you can sit and enjoy nature views. Villa LPK is located in Vagator, a popular neighborhood in North Goa. The beach is less than 2 kilometers from this property. The northern end of the beach remains almost completely deserted. Chapora Fort rises sharply above the beach. You can visit the fort and the Chapora River beyond this. Pool Bar in W Hotel, Mahé, Bombay Adda are all good places to eat and drink.
