Bedrooms – Villa Serene Shore has three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, including one master suite. They all have large king beds with soft linen, high-quality mattresses, and extra pillows that will give you a restful night. They also have seating areas, bedside tables with reading lamps, and wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space. Windows provide river and garden views. Additionally, the master suite has a separate lounging area with leather sofas. A glass door opens to a balcony.
Bathrooms – There are five bedrooms in the house, including three with the bedrooms. They have his/her sinks, large mirrors, and shower cubicles. Hand and wash towels and toiletries are provided. The walls are beautifully decorated with the finest quality marble.
Living Room – The ground floor features an open-plan design. On one side, you will find two 3-seater sofas in bright colors and a glass-top coffee table. There is also a beautiful carpet. Natural earthen tones adorn the walls. Potted plants bring the outdoors into the room. One wall is made entirely of glass and it offers green views of the garden, which is so pleasing to the eyes. A grand staircase leads to the upper level.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area features a rustic glass-top table with seating for the entire family. There is a second dining area on the terrace. You can have your breakfast or even the meals, while enjoying fabulous views of the river, garden, and the swimming pool. The kitchen has many appliances, cookware, serve ware, cups, plates, and glasses.
Swimming Pool – A beautiful wonderland awaits you outside. You will immediately be impressed on arrival when you see the house and its landscaped garden. The house sits at the center of a massive private estate, which is surrounded by many trees. The serene space will give you a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Garden footpaths will take you to various parts of the estate. At its center is a private swimming pool. It is a small island that can be reached when you cross a small bridge. On the poolside, you will find several loungers, a grassy lawn, and rock features.

Villa Serene Shore is very close to Candolim Beach, which is very popular. You can also visit the Reis Magos Fort very easily from here. Panaji is on the other side of the river. You can see the floating casinos on the river from this house.

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
