Bedrooms – The villa’s three bedrooms are spread over two floors. The first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a private outdoor terrace. It is close to the pool and the common areas. The other two are both on the upper level. The second bedroom has a wraparound balcony with two doors opening to it. The third bedroom has an antique four-poster bed. The clean and uncluttered walls together with the high-quality mattresses will help you sleep better. All three bedrooms have large double beds with extra pillows, wardrobes, study tables, armchairs, and dressing areas.
Bathrooms – The ensuite bathrooms have his/her sinks with modern faucets. You will find bathtubs or shower cubicles with rainwater showers. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Living Room – The ground floor living room is the place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with the family or friends. It has two sofas and a unique coffee table that is carved from the trunk of a large tree. Furniture pieces are sleek and straightforward, with a minimalist feel. Color palettes are light and neutral, with splashes of color to make the home feel inviting. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling. The living room also has a wide-screen television and music system for your entertainment. The staircase leads to the first floor. A French door opens to the swimming pool and small garden.
Dining, Kitchen – The living/dining space has an open-plan design with the back portion of this room having the dining table. Up to 8 guests can have their meals together. In the kitchen, you will find a double-door refrigerator, oven, and other appliances. Plates and glasses are provided.
Swimming Pool – There is a gorgeous private pool just outside the house, which will be exclusively for you and your group when you stay here. Steps lead down gently into the refreshing water. There is even a shallow end for the kids. The neighboring trees lean over the water providing shade. A shaded verandah runs along the pool. It has a small dining area. On the other side of the pool, you will find a gazebo with an outdoor lounging space.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
