Family Villa is a small rustic home for stay at Arpora in North Goa. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. Villa Description

The villa has a Portuguese colonial façade with laterite stone walls. Its interior has stucco finish and situ terrazzo flooring. Antique furniture. There are artifacts, art works and curios that adorn the inside. Its outdoor area with the swimming pool, landscaped garden and pergola promises a luxurious and memorable stay.

Bedrooms – The 3 en-suite bedrooms each have distinct personalities. They are all air-conditioned. Large comfortable beds with extra cushions, side table, separate sitting area, carpet, study table, and wardrobe. Antique furniture adds a special charm. High ceiling bedrooms with large windows allow wind to flow easily.

Bathrooms – Large bathrooms with shower cubicle, hand shower, mirror, sink, towel rack, toiletries, and potted plants.

Living Room – Comfortable living room with traditional cane furniture, glass-top center table, carpet, television, entertainment console with stereo system, and DVD player. There are also paintings, and artifacts. It opens to a wrap around balcony.

Kitchen, Dining – Family Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, cutlery, toaster, microwave, and cooking station. The dining area is outside in the balcony overlooking the fields and swimming pool. Table with seating for 8 guests.

Swimming Pool – The private swimming pool is one of the highlights of the villa. There is a beautiful landscaped garden around the pool with sun loungers on one side and the balcony with dining on the other. There is also a separate sitting arrangement for guests to relax. Fields and tall trees all around.

Neighborhood

Family Villa is located in a village neighborhood between a small hill and the famous Arpora Saturday Night Market. This is a very serene and quiet place with many tall trees and paddy fields all around. There are no noisy hotels, resorts, or nightclubs here. The clean and green village ambiance freshens up tired souls. Popular Baga, Calangute, and Anjuna beaches are all close. Chapora Fort is also close.
