Excellent house in Morjim (North Goa) of 3 bedrooms with a walkable distance of just two minutes to the beach and the famous restaurant Bora Bora, which serves a real Ukrainian borsch with sour cream.
The house cosist of ground floor and first floor with a large veranda and balcony. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a hall, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fresh repair, nice furniture.
The house can be rented as a whole or by floor, the first floor has an independent entrance.
There is everything necessary for a long rest: hot water, internet, washing machine, a set of necessary utensils. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The house is located in the backyard, in a quiet, residential area. Due to its excellent location, it is perfect for relaxing with young children.

Why is Morjim Beach famous?
Morjim is famous primarily because it is a nesting site of the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles. The turtles lay their eggs in the southern part of the beach, close to its confluence with the Chapora River. It is a protected site.
Why is Morjim called Little Russia?
Locally, many people refer to Morjim as “Little Russia” as there are many Russians living here. Many of them stay for several months. There are many Russian-run beach shacks, restaurants, and guesthouses.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
Is cleaning and electricity charges are included?
Yes, our prices are included housekeeping and electricity charges.
