Riverview Villa

Villa Kinara is a Luxurious Fully Air-Conditioned independent River Front Villa, Decadently comfortable and spacious with fabulous River Views. Perched as it is on the River, the Villa allows you to follow the Rhythm of River activities at a uniquely Goan Pace. In the distance across the broad stretch of water lies the city of Panjim. Should you be tempted to leave the Villa, the famous Calangute and Candolim area is around a 10-15 minutes drive.

Villa Kinara is designed for relaxation. Our guests can soak up some sun, go to the beach, fall asleep in the cabana chairs or enjoy a nice meal on the River side patios. This luxury Villa has its own private infinity swimming pool, a cabana with views of the River and a large patio overlooking the River. The living area opens on to a cabana with a comfortable sofa set and the swimming pool.

The home comprises essentially of 4 bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms. High quality linens, towels, etc are provided for your convenience and comfort. It’s high end amenities include a Television with cable connection and a sound system in each bedroom. Complimentary High Speed WIFI is provided. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities — Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Gas/Electric Stove, all the required pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level and two on the upper level. 3 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds. There are extra mattresses should you require them. In case of electricity blackouts, we also have a full back-up Generator which, as needed, keeps the lights, fans and Air-Conditioning going.

We provide the guest with only Breakfast. We also have a trained cook available 24/7 within their working hours. A full time staff member takes care of the daily housekeeping. Should you wish to dine outside the Villa, the Voltaire Restaurant sits just opposite the Villa. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR. 40,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND REFUNDED UPON CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE.
