However, restaurants, bars, ayurvedic retreats, grocery stores, and cake shops are all close. It is close to many beaches – Vagator, Anjuna, Ozran, and Morjim. The villa is also close to the Chapora Fort and River.

Bedrooms – 2 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the other 2 are on the 1^st floor. Master bedroom on the 1^st floor has a private balcony. The bedrooms are large with antique furniture, large double or twin beds with extra cushions, wardrobe, side table, mirror, paintings, chandeliers, and carpet. Each bedroom is individually decorated having a distinct personality.

Bathrooms – The villa has big luxurious bathrooms with a separate shower cubicle, hand shower, sink, mirror, towel rack, hot/cold water, and toiletries. There is also a powder room on the ground floor.

Living Room – Turn left from the entrance to reach the large air-conditioned living room. Big comfortable sofa with cushions, large flat-screen television, center table, carpet, paintings, and antiques that have been obtained from mansions in India and Europe. Living room opens to the porch and swimming pool. The staircase leads from one side to the first floor. There is a separate door to the leisure area.

Kitchen, Dining – The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking station, chimney, and a big double-door refrigerator. All utensils are provided. The dining area is in one side of the living room. Wooden table with seating for 10 guests. There is a large chandelier overhead.

Swimming Pool – Private swimming pool with shallow end. There are sun loungers with umbrellas and sculptures. A small garden surrounds the pool. Porch with sitting area just beside the pool.

Terrace – The villa has a big and beautiful terrace overlooking the forest. There are both open and shaded sitting areas and fans. There is also an outdoor bar.

Neighborhood

Vila Viva is in a forest area. A hill rises just behind the house. Plenty of greenery all around. Vagator beach is just 11 minutes by road. Anjuna is 15 minutes away, Baga and Morjim beaches are less than 20 minutes away. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, including Thalassa, the famous Greek tavern.
