Villa Sunshine

Sunshine is a wonderful 5-bedroom private villa for rent at Narul in North Goa. Only a few minutes’ drive from the Candolim beach, this property offers everything for a very nice luxurious and private vacation. Beautifully laid out within nature, it has a private swimming pool, living room, powder room, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are fully furnished and en-suite. Barbeque, housekeeping, power backup, internet, and high-end amenities for a comfortable Goa vacation.

Sunshine villa is located in a village area with plenty of greenery all around. There are hardly any resorts, hotels, or villas nearby. This is a non-touristy, quiet area where our guests can see and enjoy the traditional Goan village lifestyle. The Nerul River, though, is very close. It is a beautiful river with a small mangrove swamp, which is home of many birds. There are a few good places to eat nearby, including Bhatti Village, which serves authentic Goan traditional and homemade foods.

Bedrooms – There are 5 bedrooms in this holiday villa for rent, all en-suite and air-conditioned. They are spacious, much bigger than the cramped hotel rooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a large door opening to the lawn and private swimming pool. The 1^st floor bedrooms have private balconies overlooking greenery. Views of paddy fields with the river and mangrove just beyond. There are wide windows too that allow air and sunlight.

Bathrooms – Big-sized modern bathrooms with contemporary faucets, sink, large mirror, and shower cubicle. Towels and toiletries are provided. There is also a common toilet in this holiday home.

Living Room – This is a very cozy and comfortable room with both modern and antique furniture. There are several sofas offering sitting space for up to 10 guests. There is a glass-top center table, carpet, chandelier, and a book shelf. Paintings on the wall and flat-screen satellite television.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining area is at one side of the living room. There is a traditional wooden dining table with sitting for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, toaster, cooking station, kettle, and large refrigerator. Cookware and tableware is provided.

Swimming Pool – Sunshine Villa has a stunning infinity swimming pool set within lush greenery. There are tall trees and a lawn all around the pool. Tables and chairs are laid out under the shade of the trees. Guests can relax on sun beds too looking at green paddy fields. There is a small lily pond just beyond the pool.

Neighborhood

Sunshine Villa is located at Nerul in North Goa, close to Candolim. This is a non-touristy village neighborhood with many traditional homes and a lot of greenery. The Nerul River and a small mangrove is very close to this property. The Mandovi River is also very close. The other nearby tourist attractions include the Aguada Fort and Reis Magos Fort, LPK Nightclub, and the casinos on Mandovi.

Central Candolim and the beach area is only 10 minutes by car or bike. Calangute is also close. There are several temples, churches, and a few restaurants and cafes.
