Bedrooms – The house is built over five levels. The villa owner has thoughtfully placed one bedroom on the ground floor for the convenience of aged guests and those with mobility issues. The three other bedrooms are all on separate floors so the guests will have seclusion and privacy, even when traveling in a group. Each floor has one bedroom each and each bedroom opens to a fabulous sea-facing balcony. There are private seating areas on each balcony. The bedrooms all have double beds, wardrobes, and everything else you want in a modern property. The bedrooms also have ceiling-to-floor glass panels leading to the balconies.

Bathrooms – All the 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. They have showers, his/her sinks, and large mirrors. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The villa’s living room is on the first floor. It has a 3+ 2 sofa and a modern coffee table facing a large-screen television. You can watch a movie or your favorite sporting event. Or, you can spend time socializing with your group. Each corner of the interior space is aesthetically decorated, which will inspire and delight you at every turn. A ceiling-to-floor glass door opens to a shaded balcony, which too faces the ocean and the pool terrace.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining table is placed just behind the living room sofa. You will find the fully-equipped kitchen behind this, which has many appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and more. Daily breakfast is included with your stay. Some options include bread with butter or jam, paratha with curd, poha, upma, puri bhaji, chole bhatura, cutlet, grilled sandwich, club sandwich, tea, and coffee.

Swimming Pool – On entering the estate, you will reach the ground level, which has a massive private swimming pool. It will be exclusively for you and your group. Take a dip in its cool, refreshing water. Several loungers are placed on the poolside for your relaxation. Potted plants on the other side add a touch of greenery. There is also an open-air cabana with a leisurely sofa and an outdoor bar. A second cabana on the other side of the pool has an outdoor dining table.

Neighborhood

Villa Serene Oceans is very close to the confluence of the Mandovi River and the Arabian Sea and offers fabulous views of the sea and the river. The Candolim resort area is very close. You can also visit the Reis Magos Fort very easily from here. Panaji is on the other side of the river.
