Bedrooms – Luxe 3 has a total of 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed. It provides beautiful garden views and easy access to the common areas. The two other bedrooms are both on the upper level. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third has a four-poster king bed. They both open to a huge river-facing balcony with a seating area. All three bedrooms have wardrobes, armchairs, bedside reading lamps, and satellite televisions.

Bathrooms – All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There are washbasins and large mirrors. Hand and bath towels are provided.

Living Room – The ground-floor living room is huge. It features an L-shaped cushy sofa facing the impressive lawn and pool area. Ceiling-to-floor glass provides you beautiful views. A glass door opens to the outdoors. There is a second lounging space in an extension of this room that protrudes towards the pool. It has a cane sofa and a glass-top coffee table. This part of the house provides an even better view. Unique in construction, it is on a wooden platform with no doors and windows. Both sides remain open. The only way to keep it closed is through a blackout curtain. There is also a media room with a 55-inch LED TV with many OTT platforms.

Dining, Kitchen – The house has two dining areas. The first is behind the living room sofa and the second is located on the wooden platform. They can both seat the entire group. Separately, there is a bar with a seating area and a sound system. A folding louvered door can cut-off this section from the rest of the house if you want. The modular kitchen has an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, and many utensils.

Swimming Pool – Outside, this luxury villa in Anjuna has a manicured lawn where you can lie back and relax. You will also see many tall trees. Several loungers are also placed on the lawn where you can relax before and after a session on the pool. At the center of the lawn, you will find a large swimming pool, which will be exclusively for your group. The small Baga River flows quietly just outside.
