Bedrooms – The 3 bedrooms in this holiday villa for rent are all en-suite and air-conditioned. One of them is on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is on the first floor. The master bedroom has an antique 4 posted bed and a private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The other bedroom on this floor has a covered balcony with sitting. The ground floor room is convenient for aged people. It is close to the pool and many other amenities of the house.

Bathrooms – There are 4 bathrooms in the house, 3 of them with the bedrooms. They are modern bathrooms with a large mirror, sink, hot water, and shower cubicle. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The ground floor living area is cozy and comfortable. There is a cane sofa, center table, all-mounted satellite television, sculptures, and a library. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side. Traditional Goan covered balcony just outside beside the swimming pool.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is at one side the living room beside a wide window. Glass-top table with sitting for 6 guests. This North Goa villa for rent also has a well equipped kitchen. You can use the large refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, water purifier, and cooking station. Cutlery and cookware is provided.

Swimming Pool – The villa has a private swimming pool that is shared by all the community members, only by those staying in the other villas within the community. There are tall trees all around. Manicured lawn at one side. Garden chairs are placed beside the pool and the greens. The pool has a shallow end.
