This is a Prestigious European 3-bedroom villa which can accommodate 4-6 people. It has a view of picturesque river Sal and a coastline which is 350 meters away. It is well suited for couples and family group. It has two swimming pools, an indoor spa complex and 24hrs security guard.

- On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, kitchen and bedroom;
- On the top floor it has 2 bedrooms with a balcony on the perimeter of the house;
- All 3 bedrooms are spacious with modern furnishings; Bedrooms which are on the top floor has a terrace with amazing views of river and garden. Each room has its own private bathroom (en-suite) and air conditioning;
- The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, mini-oven and kitchen sets; in the living room there is a TV with provision of satellite channels.
Facilities and Services
- There is Wi-Fi in the villa;
- The complex has a restaurant with food delivery service to the villa;
- Maid service is every day; bed linen is changed once in 3 days and towels are changed every day.
Location
- It is specially recommended for family holidays in Goa in the shady gardens with comfortable climate. It is very relaxing with quiet beach and calm water;
- Near the villa, within 150 meters there is a restaurant with European cuisine and in 5 minutes walk from the main gate there is a shopping street of Cavelossim, where one will find the tourist area of trade, including flea and jewelry shops, restaurants and nightclubs.

Why is Cavelossim Beach famous?
Cavelossim is famous for its unique position at the mouth of the Arabian Sea and the Sal River. It is a long, clean, tree-lined, sandy beach with very few tourists. The river meanders through fishing villages, old churches, and a mangrove swamp where you can see birds and bats. There are nature cruises and dolphin-sighting boat trips.
Can you swim in Cavelossim Beach?
The water at Cavelossim beach is calm and shallow. It is also very clean. Even young children can swim here safely.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
Is cleaning and electricity charges are included?
