The Orchard House located in a quiet and serene village far from the maddening crowd. The Portuguese styled villa built in the Portuguese era boasts of a beautiful structure with a well landscaped garden.

Villa

The villa comprises of a large living room on the basement level, air-conditioned and furnished with luxurious colonial furniture and tasteful décor. The room has large French windows that leads onto a patio with potted ornamental plants. Besides a DVD player there is a book library.

The dining room seats eight and is air-conditioned with exquisite decor and furniture. The room leads out to an open terrace with facilities for a barbecue.

The kitchen is large with multiple kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, microwave and all modern amenities.

Accomodation

There are two bedrooms (en suite) air conditioned on the ground floor that have king sized beds with mattresses, antique furniture and a T.V.

The washrooms are fitted with modern fittings.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has been lavishly furnished with a king sized bed, air conditioning, antique furniture, DVD player and a T.V.

There are French windows which leads out to a balcony.

The washroom is immaculate with a bathtub, shower and a beautifully designed washbasin.

There is a changing room and a small bedroom for the staff.
