• On the ground floor it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom (en-suite with bathroom);
• On first floor it has a bedroom (en-suite with bathroom);
• On second floor there is a bedroom (for children);
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Kitchen and living room

• In the living room there is TV with provision of satellite channels;
• The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like fridge, stove and range hood.

• This complex has a spacious swimming pool with the rice field view, surrounded by exotic plants and a garden of spices;

• Laundry service is provided upon request with extra charge;
• The complex is equipped with a backup generator for a continuous supply of electricity which is very important in Goa;
