This luxury goa villa is located in a secured gated complex over looking paddy fields on one side and a private swimming pool on the other in a quiet village Nerul. The closest beach Candolim is a fifteen minutes drive through villages.
Villa
The villa is a beautiful ground plus one with the living cum dining, bar counter, kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. The architecture is breath taking and the furnishing and fittings explicit. The room has large French windows overlooking paddy fields, air-conditioned with a large T.V., DVD player, satellite T.V. and a bar counter.
The dining area is adjacent to the swimming pool, seats 8 and also overlooks the paddy fields.
There is a large kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator all modern amenities crockery cutlery and glasses and multiple kitchen cabinets.
The Washrooms are en-suite well designed and are equipped with modern toiletries and shower.
Facilities and services:
- A welcome drink and cool towel is served on arrival;
- Cleaning is done once a day and Linen change every alternate day;
- Laundry and dry cleaning services are available (chargeable);
- Cooking maid and delivery services are available (chargeable);

How I will do the payment?
We will take one-night confirmation to our bank account as an advance and balance in cash on arrival. For peak dates we can ask up to 100% payment.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
Is cleaning and electricity charges are included?
Yes, our prices are included housekeeping and electricity charges.
