Bedrooms – This Assagao property has three bedrooms, all with large double beds. They are all on the first floor of the house. High ceilings and large windows allow the natural flow of air and sunlight. Bedroom #1 has a sofa bed too for an additional guest. It opens to a large balcony that runs through the backside of this villa. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Very close to the bed, there is a wall-to-wall window offering green views. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and opens to the same balcony. Additionally, there is a second comfortable sofa bed on the first floor landing, which can easily sleep one more guest. All the three bedrooms and the section with the sofa bed are air-conditioned.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms are resort-quality. You will find shower cubicles or bathtub. They have large mirrors and modern faucets.

Living Room – Almost the entire ground floor comprises of the huge open-plan living/dining space. A large L-shaped sofa surrounds a modern coffee table. It looks towards the private pool. Spend quality indoor time here with your friends or family. All the walls in this room have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, so you get uninterrupted views.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is behind the living room sofa. The large table here can seat up to 8 guests. A glass door opens to the lawn and garden. The kitchen is located at the other side of this room. It has a large refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster, and other appliances. There is also a breakfast table with high chairs. Tableware, glassware, and utensils are provided.

Swimming Pool – Villa Green Oasis has its own private swimming pool, which will be exclusively for you and your group for the duration of your stay. The pool has a shallow end where the kids can splash around safely while to reach the deeper end or relax on a poolside lounger. The kids are going to love the two fountains on the pool. There are lounging spaces on the terrace, both in the open and under a shaded area. The house also has a small green yard with a landscaped lawn.

Neighborhood

Assagao is a village community away from the crowds. There are many beautiful chapels and Old Portuguese houses to see here. The leafy streets and traditional homes will give you a feel of authentic Goa. And yet, this neighborhood is close to many of Goa’s top beaches. You can reach both Vagator and Anjuna in about 20 minutes. Gunpowder, Jamun, and Jackfruit café are good places to eat close to this villa for rent.
