Bedrooms – This luxury house in Goa has 3 fully furnished bedrooms. They are all en-suite and air-conditioned. The bedrooms are all on the 1^st floor. There are large comfortable beds, side tables, wardrobes, bed-side lamps, study tables, paintings on the wall, and large flat-screen televisions. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have wooden flooring. They lead to balconies with private seating for nature views.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms have a modern sink, large mirror, towel rack, rug, decorative pieces, and a shower cubicle with an additional hand shower.

Living Area – The villa has a plush living room with comfortable sofas, a low glass-top center table, carpet, beautiful lamp shades, artifacts, and paintings. Large French door opens to the garden and swimming pool. The living room is also air-conditioned. It is the best place in this house for a casual evening with friends or family.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is at one side of the living space beside the staircase leading to the first floor. Seating for 6 guests. Anjuna Palace has a fully equipped modular kitchen with a large refrigerator, washing machine, tea/coffee maker, grinder, toaster, and cooking station. There is also an iron and ironing board here.

Swimming Pool – This beautiful villa has a long private swimming pool with a patio where guests can sit to relax after a dip. They can also have food here. There is a sun bed, comfortable cane chairs and a table here.

Neighborhood

Anjuna Palace is located in North Goa, between two popular beaches – Anjuna and Vagator. It is also very close to the famous Anjuna Flea Market, Arpora Saturday Night Market, the Splashdown Waterpark, and a 150 years old banyan tree. There are several churches nearby including the St. Michael's Church, which is just 900 meters from the house. There is a small hill just behind the villa. Club Cubana a top nightclub in Goa is on top of this hill, close to the villa.
