The villa is located halfway between Panaji and Candolim, which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Goa. It is at a turn of the river. The Saipem Hill is just behind. There is a small mangrove swamp on the opposite side of the river, where guests can see many colorful birds. This is a very quiet and peaceful area, a good choice for guests who want a relaxing vacation.

Bedrooms – All the 3 bedrooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Wide windows fill the room with light. Move the curtain and you get stunning river views. Each room has a balcony with private sitting. A thoughtful touch to enjoy nature. Plush designer furniture includes a comfortable bed, television, wardrobe, lampshade, and paintings.

Bathrooms – The villa has modern bathrooms with a large sink, mirror, towel rack, and a shower cubicle. Toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Serene Villa has a very cozy living room, a good place to relax or socialize. Sink into the comfortable sofa after a long day at the beach or visiting the many tourist attractions of Goa. There is a large flat-screen television and center table. Staircase goes to the 1^st floor.

Kitchen, Dining – This holiday home for rent in North Goa has an open kitchen with a sink, chimney, large refrigerator, washing machine, stove, and microwave. The dining area is at one side. It sits next to a large glass door overlooking the river. 8 guests can have food together sitting here. The villa provides all tableware and cookware.

Swimming Pool – Outside, there is a stunning private swimming pool, almost like an infinity pool, hanging at the edge of the river. Dip into the water and enjoy the lazy river breeze. Greenery all around adds the perfect soothing touch. Watch the birds on the opposite end, at the small mangrove swamp. Neighborhood

The villa is located in a green and peaceful neighborhood, right on the banks of the Nerul-Sinquerim River. Small mangrove on the opposite side, which is home of many birds, especially during the winter season. This is a village area where you will find no other hotel, resort, or holiday villa. So guests have complete privacy. Quiet and peaceful area with plenty of greenery. The small Saipem Hill rises just behind the villa. The Candolim beach is only 10 minutes by car or bike.
