Bedrooms – There are 3 bedrooms in this villa for rent in Arpora. They are all en-suite and air-conditioned. There are ceiling fans too for times when you want to open the door and large windows to let in the natural sun and air. The rooms are much bigger compared to cramped hotel spaces. There is a large King-size bed, wardrobe, side table, lamp shade, floor mat, sitting area, and satellite television. Extra mattress is provided if needed. Large sliding door opens to the swimming pool.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms have his-and-her sinks, wall to wall mirror, cabinet, shower cubicle with hand shower, and towel rack. Toiletries and towels are provided.

Living Room – Riya Villa’s living room overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and garden. Large glass sliding door provided stunning views. There is a sofa for 6 guests, chairs, center tables, carpet, and a flat-screen satellite television.

Kitchen, Dining – You will find many cutlery items and kitchen utensils. There is also a large double-door refrigerator, microwave, cooking station, chimney, cutting board, and water purifier. The dining area is next to the living room. It has a wooden table with sitting for 6 guests. It overlooks the pool.
