This is a mostly residential area with only a few villas. Very calm and serene. The winding Nerul River passes nearby. The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is also close.

Bedrooms – The villa has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. They all have distinct color schemes like dark blue, sea blue, and red. They are much larger than your average hotel room, so you will have a lot of moving space. Modern furniture includes king beds, wardrobe, side tables, beautiful lamp shades, and private sitting area. Floor-to-ceiling glass window offers green views outside. Door leads to a balcony. Large-screen television. All three bedrooms in this North Goa property are air-conditioned.

Bathrooms – Contemporary bathrooms with modern fittings. There is a large sink, large mirror, shower cubicle with rainwater shower, and hot/cold water. Towels and toiletries are provided. They have imported marble walls. There is a 4th common bathroom with the living and dining area.

Living Area – Stay in this luxury property and relax in its sprawling ground floor living area. It has a large L-shaped sofa, antique cupboard, and center table. Adequate sitting space for the entire group. This room is also air-conditioned. Two of the walls are entirely made of glass, floor-to-ceiling. Large French door opens to the swimming pool outside. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is located at one side of the large open-plan living/dining space. The table sits 8 guests. Hanging chandelier on top. Guests can use the well-equipped kitchen or ask for cooking maid service. The kitchen is well stocked with a microwave, chimney, large refrigerator, toaster, water filter, and oven. Tableware and cookware is provided.

Swimming Pool, Terrace – This villa for rent in North Goa has a private swimming pool just outside the living area. It has a shallow end for the kids. A few steps gently lead into the pool. Neighborhood

The villa is located in the Saipem neighborhood of North Goa, which is just 15 minutes by road from the Candolim beach. Saipem Hills is behind this property and the Nerul River in front. There is a small mangrove forest where you can see many birds. It is a serene and quiet village neighborhood, but the tourist infrastructure is good. Mafia Cocktail, Johnnie Cafeteria, House of Lloyds restaurants are all close. You can also visit the Saipem Sports Club and the nearby Museum of Goa, which is an art museum.
