- The villa occupies two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom.
- Despite the apparent simplicity in the villa there is everything for a comfortable long stay. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room has soft comfortable furniture, the kitchen is equipped with kitchen furniture, a dining table with chairs, necessary appliances, such as a microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, kettle, and utensils.
- Due to large windows the rooms are well ventilated, bright and pleasing to the eye. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV.

Vagator is one of the most scenic beaches in Goa. There are plenty of casuarinas along the coast and a red rocky cliff that rises sharply. There are rocky outcrops on the beach as well. It is very popular with Russians and tourists from Israel.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
