Bollywood Villa has a central location, on the Fort Aguada Road that runs from Candolim to Calangute, and then onwards to Anjuna beach. The Candolim beach is only 5-7 minutes walking from the villa. There are water sports, and many beach shacks.

Bedrooms – 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the 1^st floor. The master bedroom is in the 2 ^nd floor. They have a large comfortable bed, side tables, lamp shades, wardrobe, flat-screen television, and big windows offering green views outside. The bedrooms all have attached large balconies offering views of the swimming pool. Luxurious furnishings and air-conditioning for comfort.

Bathrooms – Swanky bathrooms with modern faucets, sink, large mirror, towel rack, paper roll, hot/cold water, and shower cubicle.

Living Area – The ground floor living room is also air-conditioned. It has a large sofa with cushions, glass-top center table, television with satellite channels, and paintings on the wall. There is a bar at one end of the room. Staircase leads to the 1^st floor. There is also a guest toilet in the living area.

Kitchen, Dining – Bollywood Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator, cooking burner, toaster, chimney, sink, water purifier, and washing machine. The dining area is at one side of the living room, just below the staircase. Table with seating for 4 guests.

Swimming Pool – The house is in a gated community of villas. The central swimming pool is shared by all community members. There are sun beds beside the pool where the guests can relax after a dip, and a small fountain. The pool has a shallow end.

Neighborhood

Bollywood Villa is a vacation home in Goa in a prime location. It is in one of the most happening areas of Candolim. The area has developed tourist infrastructure. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, shops, super markets, tattoo parlors, massage centers, ATM’s, banks, and car/bike rentals.

The beach is only 400 meters from the villa. You will find many beach shacks here with their sun beds and umbrellas. Plenty of water sport options. Bollywood Villa is opposite of Cafe Coffee Day, and just 200 meters from the famous Fisherman Cove restaurant of Candolim. Cafe Chocolatti is 500 meters away.
