Astoria Villa is located on the banks of the Chapore River. It has a central location as the property is very close to the Siolim-Chopdem Bridge. The Morjim beach is only 4.1 kilometers from the villa. Mandrem, Vagator, Anjuna, and Arambol beaches are also only a few minutes by road. The Chapora Fort is just across the river.

Bedrooms – Ground floor has 1 bedroom. The 2 others are on the 1^st floor and are en-suite. One of them has a small attached balcony. There are 2 other huge balconies on the 1^st floor. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms have large comfortable beds with extra cushions, side tables, wardrobe, wall-mounted television, paintings on the wall, and a large mirror. One wall has textured painting.

Bathrooms – 1^st floor bathrooms are attached with the 2 bedrooms. There is a third common bathroom in the ground floor. Modern baths with a large sink, mirror, wardrobe, and a shower cubicle with hand shower.

Living Room – The ground floor living room has 3 large sofas with cushions, a glass-top center table, lamp shade, potted plants, and a flat-screen television with TV unit. Staircase leads to the first floor. There is also a small window offering outdoor views.

Kitchen, Dining – Astoria Villa has a fully-equipped open kitchen with a microwave, kettle, cooking station and small refrigerator. It is a modular kitchen. All utensils are provided. The dining space is between the kitchen and the living room. There is a small glass-top table with sitting for 4 guests.

Swimming Pool – There is a large swimming pool with a cascading waterfall at one end. The pool is shared by residents of all the villas, apartments, and suites. There are sun beds and benches all around the pool where the guests can relax after a swim. Surrounding the swimming pool is a beautiful landscaped garden with plenty of trees. The river is just behind this garden and a row of houses.

Neighborhood

Astoria Villa is located at Morjim in North Goa beside the Chapora River. It is not in a touristy neighborhood. The riverside location within greenery makes it a serene and quiet place. The Morjim beach is only 7-8 minutes by car. Olive Ridley turtles come to nest here in January. Ashwem, Mandrem, and Arambol beaches are also close. Vagator is just across the river. Do not miss the Chapora Fort when you visit Vagator beach. You can also visit the Siolim fish market.

There are river cruises on the Chapora, just beside the villa. Visit the Eagle’s Island, Arabo Island, and the Colvale Island. You can also do kayaking.
