Bedrooms – Guests looking for hotel-quality amenities will find everything in this 4-bedroom villa. The ground floor has one bedroom, which opens through a wide door to a beautifully laid-out lawn and garden. It has a large double bed. The three other bedrooms on the first floor all have king beds. All of them are antique four-poster beds with high-quality linen. The rooms have matching antique mirrors, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and armchairs. The first-floor bedrooms open to balconies that provide garden and river views.
Bathrooms – All the four bedrooms are ensuite. They have large shower areas, mirrors, and washbasins. Hand and bath towels are provided.
Living Room – This chic, newly-built villa is a tranquil haven. It offers a permanent destination to escape and relax in tranquility. It is designed with lofty open spaces with large windows that offer river views. On entering the property, you will reach the stylish living room. It is a huge room with plenty of sofas and armchairs for everyone. There is a traditional Indian swing in one corner. An open staircase goes to the first floor and its three bedrooms.
Dining, Kitchen – The villa’s formal dining area is just behind the living room sofa. It has a large table with eight comfortable chairs. You can also dine outdoors beside the pool. Villa Waterfront also has a kitchen with many appliances, pots, and pans, where you can cook yourself or ask for the services of a professional chef.
Swimming Pool – In this North Goa holiday home, you will be surrounded by a 20,000 square feet garden and lawn that overlooks the beautiful countryside and the Nerul River. You can enjoy the serene views from dawn to dusk. On the other side of the river there is a mangrove area where you can see many birds. Pathways meander through the swaying palms and tall trees. The garden is illuminated and provides a dreamy ambiance after dark. On the center of the lawn, you will find a large private pool and there are many loungers too beside the pool. You will find an outdoor dining area just a few steps away.

Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
