Private 3-bedroom villa. Located a the residential community of Condolim close to the shore line (450 m). There’s a pool on the territory facing the villa. The villa is fully furnished and can accommodate 2-4 people. Perfect for two couples or a family, who love spending time on the beach and value the luxus of comfort and homely atmosphere.

- On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, and a toilet.
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas stove with a cooker hood, a microwave, a toaster and all the necessary tableware.
- In the living room there is satellite TV.

- On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Each bedroom has an air-conditioner.
- 1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (see the picture with a black and white bathroom).
- There’s a shower room for the other 2 bedrooms (see the picture with a pink and orange bathroom).
- The approximate floorspace of each bedroom is 18 sq/m.
