This is a very quiet and green area but the beach and also Chapora Fort are just a 5-10 minute drive from this house.

Bedrooms – The house has two bedrooms with both having large king beds. High-quality mattresses, extra pillows, and whitewashed, clean walls promise a restful night. Both the bedrooms are on the upper floor, away from the common areas. So, you can always go up anytime you want to catch a quick nap. There are wardrobes with hangers, bedside tables with reading lights, and armchairs. Large glass windows provide views of the pool, garden, and the surrounding greenery.
Bathrooms – Both the bedrooms come with their ensuite bathrooms where you have washbasins with modern faucets and shower cubicles. Towels, shampoos, and shower gels are provided.
Living Room – The villa’s living room is warm and inviting. As soon as you enter the house, you will be immediately impressed with this large open-plan area. It features a sofa and armchairs in bright colors. There is a large-screen television where you can watch a movie, a web series, or sports. There is also a modern coffee table and a sound system. A glass sliding door opens directly to the pool and garden areas.
Dining, Kitchen – The formal dining area of this luxury villa in Goa is just a few steps away. It features an elegant glass-top wooden table and 6 chairs. On one side of the table, you will find a beautiful floor-standing lamp shade, and between the living and dining areas, there is a stunning chandelier. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and also a double-door refrigerator.
Swimming Pool – Outside, there is a private swimming pool that will be exclusively for you and your group. It’s a beautiful pool with a shallow end where you can swim anytime you want. Two glass doors, one from the living area and the second from the dining section, leads to the pool from the interior. There is also a small lawn and garden on one side with garden chairs and a table where you can relax before/after your swim.

Neighborhood
Clara 2 is located at Vagator, which has one of the best beaches in North Goa. It is a scenic beach with red hills rising sharply from the water. The Chapora Fort is located on the top of this hill and beyond this is the Chapora River. The fort and beach are both only 5-10 minute drive from this villa for rent. You can also visit Morjim Beach, which is on the other side of the river. If you want to eat and drink outside, you can go to Kiki – By The Sea and Thalassa. They are both very good.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
