- The villa offers 4 bedrooms with large living room and equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms is air conditioned and equipped with double bed. 2 bedrooms ensuite are on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the first floor.
- Ground floor features sitting/TV area and dining area with antique furniture which will offer feel of old and cozy Portuguese era.
- Kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities as fridge, stove, cutlery and cooking equipment. Bar is also there so you want even go out of this beautiful property.
- First floor overlooking ground floor and equipped with pool table/ two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
