This Portuguese-style 5 bedroom villa with its large beautiful garden and private pool is located in the heart of the Candolim, just 5 minutes walk to Candolim beach and walking distance to the market, supermarket, cafes, banks and restaurants. Thanks to the individual design of the property, premises are well ventilated and even on the hottest day they keep you cool. A big advantage is a spacious area with a chic tropical garden. In the very center of a developed property you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of natural greenery, enjoy the peace and singing of birds.
Villa
The villa occupies several rooms. The main building consists of 3 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.
Opposite the main building is a second part of the property, in which there are two bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms with high ceilings, a lot of windows, thanks to which is light and cool. All rooms are air-conditioned and well furnished.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and necessary utensils.
