Bedrooms – The four bedrooms are spread over two floors. The ground floor has one bedroom with a king bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe, and armchairs. One entire wall has a ceiling-to-floor glass door that opens directly to the pool and garden. You cannot stay closer to the green outdoor of the villa and its pool. The upper floor bedrooms all have a similar décor and large double beds. Bedroom #2 has its own private balcony. Bedroom #3 opens to a huge private terrace. Bedroom #4 has a huge window that offers views of the banyan tree. So, each bedroom in the house is unique in its own way.

Bathrooms – The ensuite bathrooms all have showers. They all have his/her sinks and large mirrors. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The living room is unique because it is open on both the sides. There are two doors that lead to the garden and pool on either end. You will find two separate sofa areas, both offering comfortable seating. One has a huge 35-inch television. You can spend your evening here and even the days here, relaxing, and having a good time together with your friends or family. The room features a wonderful décor.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining space is between the two living room sofa areas. Up to 8 guests can have their food on the glass-top table. In the kitchen, which is in the next room, you will find many appliances, pots, pans, tableware, and glassware. The interior design is extremely unique, and the villa has all of the conveniences you could possibly desire.

Swimming Pool – Guests staying in this villa for rent will like to spend many hours on its outside area, either swimming in the private pool, or catching the sun on the vast lawn. Steps lead down gently into the pool. There is also a smaller pool where the kids can have fun and learn to swim. On the farthest corner of the garden, you will find an old well. There was a time when most Goa homes used to have a well for water supply. A high wall secures the home, ensuring your security and privacy.

Neighborhood

The Banyan House villa is located in the pristine neighborhood of Ashwem in North Goa. It is at the side of a hill between a yoga retreat and a lake that has water only during the rainy season. The beautiful Ashwem beach where a small river meets the sea is only a 5-minute drive away. The neighboring Mandrem beach also has a river meeting the sea. Morjim beach on the other side has an olive ridley turtle sanctuary. Along the coast, you will find many places to eat and drink.
