Bedrooms – There are 4 bedrooms in this villa. The ground floor has one bedroom, providing quick access to the common areas. It has a queen bed. Aged guests or those who would rather not climb the stairs can sleep here. The three others are all on the upper floor. They have king beds, armchairs, huge closets, and smart televisions on the wall. Sliding glass doors open to a long balcony that overlooks the surrounding greenery. All the four bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bathrooms – There are 4 bathrooms, 1 with each bedroom. Two bathrooms have tubs and the others have shower cubicles with rainwater showers. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Packed with details, textures, and character, the villa is perfectly suited for a family get-together and close friends. The ground-floor living room is large. There is a huge L-shaped sofa that faces a wall-mounted smart television. Next to this, you will find a bright yellow couch with a warm overhead lighting system. Scattered throughout the home, there are also many seafaring tidbits with a subtle nautical theme, which will remind you of Goa’s rich maritime history. The upper floor has a second living room, also with a sofa and a television.

Dining, Kitchen – You will find the dining area to your left on entering the house. It has a long wooden table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is conveniently located just opposite to this, which is perfect because you can carry the food to the table easily. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and a washing machine. Cups, plates, and glasses are all there.

Swimming Pool – You will have your own swimming pool in this North Goa luxury villa. Go for a swim anytime you want and relax beside the pool. You will find a beautiful garden and a small lawn besides the pool. French doors from the house provide views of the outside and also flood the interior with bright sunlight.
