The villa is part of a luxury private gated community with security. It is in Saligao, which is a rural area away from the busy beaches. This is a very quiet and peaceful area with many tall trees, traditional homes, and wide-open fields. Saligao gets its name from the Sal trees. However, now, you will mostly find fruit trees here. The closest beach is Calangute, which you can reach in only 10-15 minutes. Baga and Candolim are also close.

Bedrooms – The house has 4 bedrooms, all with large king beds. Guests with mobility issues, those who don’t want to climb the stairs, and those who want to stay close to the common areas can stay in the ground-floor bedroom. Upstairs, there are three more, arranged around a TV lounge. All bedrooms have satellite televisions, wardrobes, large windows, armchairs, and soft color tones, which provide a soothing effect. Each upper-floor bedroom open to a common balcony that offer countryside views. The master suite, on the top floor, additionally has a chest of drawers and a study table.

Bathrooms – The ensuite bathrooms have showers or bathtubs. The finest quality Italian marbles decorate the walls. Towels and toiletries are provided. There is also a powder room with the master suite.

Living Room – The ground floor features a huge living room with two sofa arrangements. Both the areas have plush sofas with cushions and two center tables, offering plenty of sitting space for a large group. There is also a bench besides the staircase that leads to the upper floor. On the first floor, you will find a TV lounge with a sofa facing the television. A door opens to the long balcony.

Dining, Kitchen – You will find the dining table to your left on entering the house. It is a modern dining table with 8 chairs. This room has an open-plan design with the lounging area a few steps away. A beautiful chandelier hangs between the dining and lounging sections. The kitchen is located strategically on the opposite side of the dining table. It has a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool – Each villa in this community, including Harmony 9 has its own private pool. You can swim anytime you want, even in the evening as the outdoor area is illuminated. A swim in the evening after returning from a long day of seeing some of Goa’s attractions will be very relaxing. The pool has a lawn and garden at one side and a lounging space on the pool deck on the other side. It has rattan chairs and a coffee table.
