The beach is 15-20 minutes away by walking.

- Bedrooms – All 4 bedrooms are en suite. Large bedrooms with king or queen bed, carpet, sitting area, side table, carpet, television with cable channels! All 3 bedrooms have balconies.
- Bathrooms – Swanky modern bathrooms with tub, large mirror, basket, separate shower area, towel rack, mat, toiletries.
- Dining room – Well decorated with sitting for 6 in the central area, paintings on the wall, guitar for evening sessions.
- Kitchen – Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and cooking station.
- Living Room – Colorful air conditioned living room with four sofas (each 3x3), cushions, rug, central wooden table, side table, lamps, rugs, paintings on the wall, potted plants.
