Assagao is in North Goa, 18 kilometers from Panaji. It is a rural area nestled between two forested hills. The Chapora River and Chapora Fort are to its north. Goa’s famous coastline is to its west.
Why Assagao is Famous?
Assagao is a sleepy village in the Bardez district of North Goa. You will find many traditional homes, trees, and beautiful churches here. It is famous for its architecture, flowers, and laid-back vibe.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is the refundable security deposit of Rs.20000 on arrival.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
Is cleaning and electricity charges are included?
Yes, our prices are included housekeeping and electricity charges.

- Price per night is for the full villa.
- Extra person is charged extra.
- Tariff includes complimentary breakfast.
- Luxury & Service Tax will be as applicable.
- Pls note one night security deposit will be held as a refundable deposit by the Villa owners. The manager will collect as well as return the deposit on check-out.
