Bedrooms – The 5 bedrooms in this North Goa villa for rent can sleep 10 guests. Four of them have king beds, while the fifth has a sofa bed, which too can sleep two guests. Bedroom #1 has an antique four-poster bed. In bedroom #2, the bed is placed beside a wide window, so you will get the fantastic views even from your bed. Two others have antique beds. They are all air-conditioned for your comfort. There are large wardrobes and dressing areas.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms are also impressive. They have washbasins with modern faucets, bidets, and showers. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The ground floor comprises a large open-plan design with two lounging areas. The first has two sofas and chairs around an antique coffee table. Cushions in various shades add a splash of color. The second area is the TV section. This area too has comfortable sofas. Glass doors lead from the room to the garden and the swimming pool.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining area is located in the other corner of this room. The room has multiple air-conditioners, so each section is properly covered. Villa Basilo has a large kitchen with a double-door refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, and provides a home-like cooking space. Pots and pans are provided.

Swimming Pool – The swimming pool and outdoor garden are both star attractions of this villa for rent. Steps lead down gently into the inviting pool. It will be exclusively for you and your group. There is a fantastic terraced garden beside the pool and a lawn. Pathways lead through the greenery and take you to cozy corners. Illuminated in the evening, it provides a romantic ambience. There is a fountain too.

Neighborhood

Assagao is also called the ‘Flower Village’ of Goa as many locals grow marigold here. This is one of Goa’s cleanest and greenest areas. The village location provides complete peace and relaxation. There are still a few places to eat and drink. You can go to Jamun Goa, Gunpowder, and Sublime – they are all close. Vagator is the closest beach. It is 10 minutes away by car.
