Bedrooms – The 5 bedrooms in this North Goa holiday villa are spread across the two floors. The ground floor has one bedroom, perfect for the aged guests and those with mobility issues. The others are upstairs. All five bedrooms feature king beds. They have a lovely antique design. The accompanying décor is also antique but the facilities in these rooms are modern. The upper floor bedrooms come with huge balconies with daybeds. The ground floor bedroom offers direct garden and pool access.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms too fuse heritage and modern designs. They have lovely tiled walls and big-sized showers.

Living Room – The ground floor living room is a fantastic place to spend quality time with your group. You can watch a movie or sports in the large-screen television. A high-quality sound bar provides good sound effect. There is an ample sofa area for everyone. An antique chandelier hangs from the ceiling. There is a second lounging area in a covered verandah, also with sofas and armchairs. It opens directly to the garden.

Dining, Kitchen – Villa Banyan’s dining area opens on three sides through large glass windows and doors. Up to 8 guests can have their meals together here. Of course, you can also carry food outside, if you want. The kitchen is packed with everything you will need to cook food. All you have to do is buy the supplies. Tableware and glassware are provided.

Swimming Pool – Villa Banyan lets you enjoy the outdoors, thanks to its garden, lawn, and the private pool that is always open, night and day. The pool is surrounded by a garden and lawn. There is an open-air cabana on one side where you can relax and get a tan after your swim. Loungers and cushy sofas are also there besides the pool. But the major feature of the villa’s outdoor area is the old Banyan tree. Adventurer and fun-loving guests may try to climb it. There is a lounging and dining space under the shade of this tree.
