This is a luxury holiday villa for 12 guests in the sleepy village of Assagao in North Goa. It has quaint streets, whitewashed churches, and traditional Goan homes. Enjoy a luxury stay in a serene and green neighborhood.

Bedrooms – Villa Arista is a 2-storied villa with all the seven bedrooms on the first floor. This is perfect because you can spend the day in the common areas and recluse to the privacy and serene escape when you want to sleep. They are all large spaces with air-conditioning. Bedrooms #1 and #3 have four-poster beds. Bedroom #2 has an earthen cane bed. The others are modern, so you can pick from what you prefer. All of them have king beds that can sleep two guests. Each bedroom has a sofa area, and huge windows that flood the rooms with natural light and air. Some of them have crystal chandeliers while others have modern lampshades.

Bathrooms – All the bedrooms are ensuite. The modern bathrooms have his/her sinks, large mirrors, bidets, and showers or bathtubs. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – This North Goa villa for rent has three areas indoor where the guests like to gather. The formal living room has a sofa area for all the guests that face a large-screen television, so that you can make the most of your indoor time. There is a second smaller area with armchairs. The villa also has a central courtyard with a few seats. This section is decorated with beautiful paintings. An antique open-staircase goes to the first floor.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining room has a long farm-style table, which is apt considering the location of the villa. It seats all the guests. This room is also air-conditioned. Breakfast is served between 8 and 11.

Swimming Pool – The villa is spread over a large area, which you will notice as soon as you arrive. A lush garden with a lawn and many tall trees surrounds the house. At the center, you will find a private swimming pool, which looks very inviting. The surrounding wooden deck has a lounging area. There is a shaded terrace too where you can enjoy food outside.

Assagao, where the villa is located, is often called ‘Fullyanchem Gaon’ or the Flower Village. Many locals grow marigold flowers here and sell to the Mapusa Market. This is Goa’s Valley of Flowers. Throughout the neighborhood, you will find cute off-the-grid cafes, delightful restaurants, and exclusive yoga retreats. For food, you can go to the rustic Gunpowder in an old Portuguese building. The Banyan, set around a 300-year-old Banyan tree, is another good place.
