There are 4 bedrooms in this villa, all air-conditioned and en-suite. The private swimming pool has a garden location with many trees all around. There is a small manicured lawn beside the pool where guests can have a picnic or relax.

Bedrooms – All 4 bedrooms in the villa are en-suite and air-conditioned. One bedroom is in the ground floor with direct access to the lawn and swimming pool, while the other bedrooms are on the first floor. The balconies are huge with a swing. There are king or queen beds, side tables, wardrobes, flat-screen television, TV unit, dressing table, and paintings on the wall. High ceiling allow plenty of sunlight and air flow.

Bathrooms – Big bathrooms with modern faucets, sink, shower cubicle, and hand shower. Bedroom 2 has a bathtub instead of shower cubicle. There are also 2 separate common bathrooms, one on each floor.

Living Room – The ground floor living room overlooks the lawn and swimming pool. Large glass door leads to the outdoor patio. There is a big sofa with extra cushions for comfort, a glass-top center table, paintings, and potted plants.

Dining Area – This is next to the living space. The dining table sits 6 in chairs and a bench. All utensils are provided. There is a television here. Open staircase leads to the 1^st floor.

Kitchen – Annabella villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking station, and chimney.

Swimming Pool – The private pool overlooks open fields and greenery. It is 32 square meters long. There is a small manicured lawn on one side and a patio on the other with a sitting area and table. This is a good place for guests to relax after a dip in the pool.

Neighborhood

This private luxury home is located in a green and quiet neighborhood of North Goa, away from the highways and touristy areas. Annabella villa is in the village community of Saligao where there are many agriculture fields and rural homes. You will find very few hotels and guest houses here. There are however a few churches and temples.

The Calangute beach is 3 kilometers away. Baga and Candolim can also be reached by car or bike easily. The villa can help you rent a vehicle or get a chauffeur driven car. Restaurants, cafes, and bars are located 2 kilometers away.
