Bedrooms – The 4 bedrooms in this luxury villa are all en-suite and air-conditioned. The ground and first floors have 2 bedrooms each. Ground floor bedrooms have antique furniture, while the others have modern furniture. Large double beds, wardrobe, study table, side table, lamp shade, and mirror. The bedrooms all have distinct colors, which add character.

Bathrooms – The bathroom’s color match the room. There are modern faucets, a large sink, towel rack, and shower area. Ground floor bathrooms have both an indoor and outdoor open-top shower area.

Living Room – Grace Villa has a unique living room. There are 2 separate open-plan wooden staircases that leads to the 1^st floor. There are comfortable sofas, a glass-top center table, rug, potted plants, chandelier, a flat-screen television, and artifacts. There is also a frangipani tree in the living room. It opens to a balcao or covered balcony, a traditional feature of Goa homes, runs through the width of this villa.

Dining Area – There is a dining table here with seating for 8 people. The living and dining facilities are both air conditioned.

Kitchen – The living room leads to a small but fully-equipped kitchen. You will find a large refrigerator, gas burner, microwave, kettle, water purifier, toaster, and sink.

Swimming Pool – There is a swimming pool in this gated community that is shared by 3 villas including Grace. There is a beautiful landscaped garden all around the pool with tall trees and an area for barbecues. The swimming pool has a shallow end.

Neighborhood

Grace Villa is located at Candolim, which is one of the most popular tourist areas of Goa. The sandy beach is just behind a row of shrubs and trees – 5 minutes walking. You will find plenty of shacks on the beach selling food and drinks. There are sun beds and umbrellas. Many water sport activities to choose from.

Elsewhere in Candolim, there are many restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, tattoo parlors, massage centers, banks, ATMs, currency exchange, bike/car rentals, shops, and supermarkets. The villa is also close to the road that runs from Calangute to Baga so it is very well connected. Tourist infrastructure is very good in this neighborhood.
