Bedrooms – There are 6 bedrooms in Superior Villa, all en-suite and air-conditioned. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, while the other 4 are in the upper level. The bedrooms are however all identical. They have large double beds and a divan that can sleep a third guest. So the villa can house up to 18 guests if needed. A large ceiling to floor glass door opens to the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms. The first floor bedrooms offer clear sea views. All the bedrooms have private balconies.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms are modern with contemporary sinks and faucets, tiled walls, and shower cubicles. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The ground floor living space looks simpler than the bedrooms, but is very cozy. There is a comfortable sitting area and a workstation with computer, printer, and internet connection. It overlooks the swimming pool. Just slide the glass ceiling to floor door and you are the lawn beside the pool.

Dining – You will find a rooftop restaurant in this holiday villa for rent. Many will argue that this is the villa’s most beautiful place. Many tables and chairs are placed here, all in blue and white, which is the color theme of this property in Goa. There are palm trees everywhere, except the front, which reveals a stunning sea view. Neighborhood

Morjim is one of the better beaches of North Goa. It remains tranquil and serene throughout the year. Very few tourists. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking from this villa for rent. You will see many shacks on the beach with sunbeds, restaurants, cafes, and bars elsewhere. There is an Olive Ridley Nesting site at the southernmost tip of the beach, which is a protected site. Vagator beach and Chapora Fort are on the other side of the Chapora River.
