Bedrooms – All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the others in the 1^st floor, with large balconies looking out into the sea and river. Ground floor bedrooms open to the lawn and pool. Modern furniture. Large King-size beds, wardrobe, side table, painting on the wall. Balconies have sitting.

Bathrooms – Large bathrooms with modern faucet, mirror, toiletries, separate changing section, cupboard, and shower area. There is also a common bathroom.

Living Area – 1^st floor living room with large comfortable sofa, extra cushions, marble-top center table, music system, flat-screen television, paintings. There are two separate split air-conditioners. The living room opens to a large balcony overlooking the estuary, swimming pool and the lawn.

Kitchen, Dining – Dining is adjacent to the living area. There is a marble-top table with seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped. It has a refrigerator, gas station, toaster, microwave, chimney, water purifier, and washing machine. There are separate cooking utensils for vegetarians.

Swimming Pool – Small private swimming pool with a lawn beside it. Guests can relax or have a barbeque here. There are tall trees all around.
