This luxury villa is located on the grounds of 1300 square metres and has 3 luxury and extremely large rooms. Each of the room has a silent air conditioning system and has luxurious private lounge areas with access to gardens and terraces.

Hall

• There’s an articifial pool/lake in the center of the hall. It is ideal for private evenings and relaxing candlelight time.
• Coming back from the beach, you can spend time with your feet in the warm water, tasting tropical juices.
• The unintrusive servants will make your time here fully relaxing.

Room Poilo (means “First” in the Konkani language)

• It is the most spacious luxury room in the whole villa.
• It has a luxurious bedroom in a traditional english style and a lounge right next to it.
• The room has a luxurious en-suite bathroom almost the same size as the bedroom.
• It is an ideal room for a family with a child.

Room Dusro (“Second”)

• Extrodinary luxurious room a little smaller in size, but just as cozy as the other rooms.
• This place has a living room for a young couple and a comfortable bedroom upstairs.
• Children will also love this place as it is an adventure in itself.
• Just as the previous variant, it has all the necessary amenities. Ideal for a family with 2 children.

Room Tisro (“Third”)

This room is ideal for newlyweds and married couples. Maximum comfort for 2 people.

On the grounds of the villa there is a beautiful garden, a veranda with a panoramic view of the nature and a pool with a water cleansing system. Upon your request a qualified masseuse can arrange an ayurvedic massage and you can also enjoy healing baths.
