The guest house is a cozy spot only 500 meters from Candolim Beach. There are three standard rooms, three suites, and two penthouses, all located on a long, quiet, private property. The guest house has 24 hour security. There is also a shared swimming pool you can use at the guest house property so you can be in quiet and lovely surroundings. The staff is friendly, cooperative and always available to help make your stay enjoyable.

The guesthouse is nice if you only want a comfortable place to stay — alone, with a partner, or with a group. If you want more privacy and want something that is suited to more luxury there are different villas in Benaulim that offer another option; you will generally enjoy more beautiful settings, luxury living and high-quality beach areas in South Goa. Whichever guest house or villa you choose, you are sure to have a pleasant stay in Goa.

Accommodation

The living area in the penthouse is furnished with cane furniture and has French windows that lead out to a balcony. There is a queen sized bed and mattress, a wardrobe, full length mirror, mini fridge, T.V. the room is air conditioned airy and bright. The washroom is en suite and has a washbasin, shower and European toilet.

The furnishing in the suite room is similar to the penthouse and has a balcony with a seating area the washrooms are en suite. Tables are set up around the poolside where the guests can have their meals or simply relax.
