Bedrooms – 2 of the 4 bedrooms are on the 1^st floor, while the other 2 are on the 2 ^nd floor. They have large king beds, extra cushions for comfort, side tables with lamp shades, carpet, study table, paintings on the wall. Marble flooring. The bedrooms lead to balconies that offer river, swimming pool, and mangrove views. The 2 ^nd floor master bedroom has a larger sitting area, and a second sitting place in the balcony.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms have modern faucets, large sink, mirror, towel rack, and shower cubicle. There is a dressing area. Toiletries are provided. There is a Jacuzzi bathtub in the 2 ^nd floor master bedroom.

Kitchen – Prestige villa has a fully equipped modular kitchen with a microwave, large refrigerator, stove top, toaster, electric kettle, water purifier, chimney, and washing machine. Wine glasses and utensils are provided.

Living Room – The villa has a huge open plan living room with 5 comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a glass-top center table, lamp shades, carpet, and paintings on the wall. Floor to ceiling sliding windows opens to the outside balcony, swimming pool, and garden. There is a powder room and a sofa bed here.

Dining Area – The dining area is at one side of the living area in this large L shaped room. Wooden dining table with sitting for 8 people. Cutlery is provided. Staircase leads to the 1^st floor from here. Both the living and dining spaces are air conditioned.

Swimming Pool – The villa has a big swimming pool with a shallow end beside the Nerul River. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden having tall trees. There is a gazebo between the pool and river where guests can sit and enjoy the beauty of nature and sunsets. Guests can also relax at the balcony next to the house.

Neighborhood

Prestige villa is located beside the Nerul River Saipem in North Goa. This is a serene and quiet neighborhood as it’s not a tourist area. It is just off the Pilerne-Candolim Road, on the foothills of the small Saipem Hill. The riverside location of the villa provides a very relaxing ambiance. You can take a boat trip or sit back and enjoy nature. There is a small mangrove swamp on the opposite side of the river that is home to many birds. There are also many trees within the property and in the neighborhood.
