Bedrooms – Morjim Villa has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. Filly furnished, there is a large comfortable bed, extra pillows, side table with lamp shades, wardrobe, study table, flat-screen television, sofa, carpet, potted plants, and paintings on the wall. French ceiling-to-wall doors open to the balcony providing views of tall trees and nature. Whitewashed walls calm the mind helping our guests relax. The balcony is wide with a sitting area. Ground floor bedrooms have an outdoor sitting area that extends to the lawn.

Bathrooms – They are huge and beautiful, full of modern faucets. There is a sink, towel rack, cabinets, mirror, mats, and shower cubicle with rainwater shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – There is a beautifully decorated living room in this North Goa holiday home. This room has vibrant colors. It has 2 large sofas, several chairs, center table, carpet, potted plants, and paintings. Wide windows and high ceiling allow plenty of air and sunlight. There is a small bar at one corner. Staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a wide verandah with many potted plants and objects of art.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is located at one side of the living space. The glass-top center table offers sitting for 8 guests. Both the dining and living areas are air-conditioned and face the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can use cooking station, toaster, microwave, juicer, sink, and a large double-door refrigerator. There is also a small marble-top table with stools for a meal for quick snack.

Swimming Pool – Morjim Villa has a large swimming pool just outside the living room. The pool has a shallow end for the kids and a fountain. Surrounded by tall trees, a small hill rises just beyond the pool. A sun deck and loungers are placed all around. There is also a sitting area with a small table. This is one of the best areas in the house to hang out and relax.

Neighborhood

The villa is located at Morjim in North Goa. It is between the beach and the Chapora River, in a non-touristy area full of greenery. Village ambiance, which is perfect for a peaceful and quiet vacation. On the beach, there are many shacks like Alberts, Sunrise, Del Mar Café, Boom Lounge, and Planet Bollywood. Elsewhere in the neighborhood, you will find many shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The Morjim beach is clean and secluded, even during the peak tourist season. Most tourists are from Russia, which is why it is often called ‘Little Russia’. There is a protected Olive Ridley nesting site at the beach.
