Bedrooms – The villa has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. One of them is the master suite. Attached balconies outside overlooking tall trees. Large French windows also provide outside views. The bedrooms all have wooden flooring. There is a large bed with extra cushions, side table, lamp shade, wardrobe, mirror, study table, mat and a separate sitting area. Paintings on the wall. One of the bedrooms have antique furniture. Refrigerator in the master bedroom.

Bathrooms – Modern bathrooms with accessories. There is a sink, large mirror, shower cubicle and towel rack. Imported tiles on the walls. Toiletries and toilet roll is provided.

Living Room – This villa for rent in Mandem has two separate living rooms, unlike most other properties in Goa. Mango Tree Villa is within a beautiful orchard of 30 mango trees, more than 60 years old. There are hundreds of butterflies from more than 15 species, and plenty of chirping birds.
