It is also close to Colva Circle, the main market area, where you will find many shops, restaurants, tattoo parlors, massage centers, and car/bike rentals. The city of Margao is only 30 minutes away by road.

Bedrooms – The bedrooms have plush interiors. There is a large comfortable bed, side table, lamp shades, wardrobe, floor mat, separate sitting area, and paintings on the wall. Vibrant flowery drapes bring in nature from the outside. Large windows allow plenty of air and sunlight. Nature views. Fourth bedroom on the first floor has an attached balcony that offers views of many tall trees. All the bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned. There are ceiling fans as well.

Bathrooms – The property has functional bathrooms with modern faucets. There is a sink, mirror, towel rack, and a shower area with hot/cold water. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The villa has a large colorful living room with several sitting areas. There is a wooden sofa with a center table, extra cushions for comfort, chandeliers, rugs, and potted plants. There is a separate sitting area on the first floor with a beautiful cane sofa. The furnishings are in many vibrant colors, adding a special touch. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side. An entire wall has beautiful wallpaper depicting night scenes.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is at one side of the living room. There is a wooden table with sitting for 6 guests. Lily Villa has a fully-equipped kitchen with a large double-door refrigerator, cooking station, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Cutlery and cookware is provided.

Swimming Pool – There is a small private swimming pool in this South Goa house for rent. It is shielded from the outside, providing privacy. Tall trees and potted plants on all sides. There is a small sitting area next to the pool with a table and benches.

Neighborhood

The villa is located in a quiet location away from the touristy areas. There are many tall trees all around. However, it is still very close to Colva beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in South Goa. There are many shacks on the beach and water sports activities. Several fishermen boats can be seen. You will also find many empty stretches. The Colva Circle is close with many restaurants, shops, banks, and ATM’s. There is also a taxi stand here.
