They all have private balconies with a sitting area. Large glass ceiling to floor doors open to the outdoors. Keep it closed for air-conditioning or open to enjoy the outdoors. The ground floor bedroom opens to the manicured lawn. The bedrooms have queen beds, side tables, wardrobe, deep-cushioned sofa, and a large flat-screen television. Hardwood flooring.

Bathrooms – They have imported tiles on the walls, modern faucets, and shower cubicles. Towels and toiletries are provided. There are two common bathrooms too apart from the 4 with the bedrooms.

Living Room – The ground floor living room is also air-conditioned. It is very comfortable and cozy with colorful deep-cushioned sofas and a coffee table. Large flat-screen satellite television on the wall. Spiral staircase leads to the first floor from one side. Ceiling-to-floor glass sliding door opens to the swimming pool outside. There is a small lounge on the first floor as well with sitting and a television.

Kitchen, Dining – This North Goa rental property has a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook a meal or you can ask for cooking maid service. There is an oven, chimney, coffee maker, toaster, water purifier, microwave, induction cooker, and a large refrigerator. Utensils, tableware, and glassware are provided.
