Luxury villa for 4 bedroom is located in the beach area Candolim. Only 800 m from the beach and within easy reach of the most popular night clubs and restaurants. Designed by well-known German architect Robert Patzschke, the language of the architecture follows the characteristic Goan-Portuguese tradition in the truest sense giving the villas a cozy feel and creating a homely atmosphere.
Villa
- Well furnished dining area is on the left with large table and chairs. This part of the house is air conditioned and has small bathroom for convenience of our guests. There is a large living area with sofas, chairs and coffee tables. There is AC and large TV with dish channels for those who wants to see match or a nice movie.
- Hallway also leads to two bedrooms and a kitchen. The Kitchen is carefully thought through and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware serving ten guests.
- Two of four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor.All bedrooms are air conditioned and have attached bathrooms with hot and cold shower. Rooms are opening to pool area. One of the rooms has king size bed when bed in the other one is of queen size. Bigger bedroom has TV unit as well.
- The stair case in the hall also leads to two bedrooms located on the first floor of the villa. Second floor of the villa has a rooftop deck which can be utilized on request and will be liked by foreign tourist who comes to enjoy tropical sun at its best.Entrance to the pool area is from living room.
- Washing machine and power back up by inverter battery will provide additional comfort for guests staying for longer time.
