Bedrooms – There are 6 en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms in this villa. They are categorized into Sapphire and Saffron. Sapphire has an Adriatic theme with a color scheme that matches the sea water. There is a queen bed with a separate mattress, side tables, mirror, and wardrobe. Saffron has warm, earthly shades. The bedrooms have sunlit windows, balcony overlooking greenery with seating, and tall ceiling that keeps the rooms cool even in the peak summer.

Bathrooms – Spacious bathrooms tiled walls, sink, modern faucets, mirror, and towel rack. Shower area. Toiletries are provided.

Living Area – There is a simple but functional living room with a color television, cane sofa, and glass-top center table. Beautiful overhead chandeliers. It leads to the wide balcony with greenery views. There is sitting in the balcony as well.

Kitchen, Dining – Morjim Villa has a fully equipped open kitchen with a large refrigerator, cooking station, microwave, tea/coffee maker, washing machine, and water purifier. There is a cane dining table with seating for 8 guests.

Neighborhood

Villa is located at central Morjim, 1.4 kilometers from the beach. The immediate neighborhood of the villa is a rural community with many village houses, agriculture fields, and tall trees. There are a few churches and temples close. The Morjim fish market is also close.

Morjim is a very nice, secluded, and clean North Goa beach with few tourists. There are fewer beach shacks than the busier Baga, Candolim, and Calangute beaches. Chapora River meets the Arabian Sea at its southern end. There is an Olive Ridley Nesting site at the river mouth, a protected site.
