Bedrooms – The villa has 4 modern bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. They have King-size beds, side tables, lamp shades, wardrobe, carpet, sitting area, and paintings on the wall. The rooms are huge, compared to cramped hotel spaces. You will find them sophisticated, soothing, and ultra-luxe. Soft colors and wood works on the walls. Sliding glass door opens to a balcony outside that greets guests with lush greenery. Cane furniture in the balcony provides sitting, from where guests can enjoy nature and relax. Large windows bring nature into the rooms.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms are modern with contemporary faucets – marble top with sink, mirror, towel rack, shower cubicle or bathtub. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – It embraces the outdoor scenery. The large living room has ceiling to floor glass door opens to the landscaped lawn outside and tall trees – the tropical paradise, and the swimming pool. There are several sofas and chairs with extra cushions, a glass-top center table, side table, and a fully wooden wall with a wall mounted satellite television. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side.

Dining, Kitchen – The dining area is a step above next to the living room. The table has sitting for 8 guests. Hansa Villa’s open-plan kitchen is next to this. It is a fully equipped modular kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, chimney, cooking station, and blender. There is also a fire extinguisher here.
